PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE!
I had reached out to a couple of different lawyers and after leaving a voice message for Michelle she, herself called me right back the same day. Her work ethic was consistent throughout the process. She always explained everything in detail that was going on with regards to my case and I get like I was a part of everything throughout the process (not just being told). A great communicator, she always called or text, or emailed me with pertinent information regarding my case and always kept me in the loop with regards to updates. All Attorneys should be like Michelle! She got my case taken care of and helped me when I needed it most. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Michelle is the 3rd attorney I have worked with and what a relief it was to have landed in her care. She was always willing to talk or text, kept me informed every step of the way, was extremely confident, professional, and organized. FIGHTING CITY HALL - AND WINNING
I was trying to work through a dispute with the Sheriff’s office on my own, with no success. I explained the circumstances of my situation to Michelle, and she believed I had a case. Michelle’s involvement helped me to structure my case and posture. Michelle soon took over as lead on the communication, and that’s when results started to show – almost immediately. Soon, a settlement offer was on the table. We then had some back and forth negotiating on the amount, and soon I accepted a fair compensation offer and was able to put the issue behind me. I WAS IN GOOD HANDS.

TERRIFIC LAWYER
I have had the honor and utmost pleasure to work with Michelle Gershen, who represented me in a property litigation case. She not only won the case for me, which spanned over a year’s time but was able to topple the opposing counsel, who had heretofore never lost a case in San Diego. It was impressive, to say the least. FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE
I own a successful property management company in San Diego, and I use Michelle for all of my legal needs.
